Requirements
- A first-year MBA student (graduating between December 2026-June 2027)
- Proactive, resourceful, impact oriented, and an excellent problem solver
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and judgment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Passion about innovation in financial services, insurance, and / or technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong quantitative background with an ability to support financial modeling analysis
- Ability to influence while building trust and consensus among multiple stakeholders/cross functional teams with competing interests
