Nursing Assistant Registered - Night Shift $5,000 sign on bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Nursing Assistant Registered to provide hands-on care and daily support to residents at Guardian Angels Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a member of our team, you will help ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care and experiences dignity, respect, and comfort every day.

Requirements

• Active Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) on the Minnesota State Registry, or ability to complete coursework/testing per regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Positive, compassionate attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position (lifting up to 60 lbs with assistance).
