Handle complex NY loss-time workers' compensation claims, determine compensability and coverage, drive settlement strategy, and communicate with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of New York loss-time workers' compensation experience
- Ability to manage claims across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and time-management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
