GTS Technology Solutions is seeking two Project Leads – Elections to support a GTS public-sector customer’s Elections Department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to remain focused and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure election environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a project lead, project coordinator, project manager, or operations/process-focused role
- Demonstrated experience documenting, improving, and implementing procedures or workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive work to completion without supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
