Job Description
Field Deployment Technician responsible for executing advanced PC deployment tasks, including installation, configuration, and functional validation of desktops, laptops, and all-in-one systems. Assist with user profile setup, data migration, and imaging processes using approved tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT field experience, preferably in PC deployment or desktop support environments
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, imaging and re-imaging processes, and basic network setup
- Ability to read and follow scope-of-work documents, deployment runbooks, and floorplans
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with end users, team leads, and project managers
