Job Description
This is a co-op position in the Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) group at GSK, focused on developing advanced ADC PBPK modeling skills and contributing to the establishment of a generic payload PBPK framework in Simcyp. The role involves comprehensive characterization of ADC payload ADME, independent development and validation of PBPK models, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to apply model-informed drug development strategies for ADCs.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master's or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline
- Full-time work commitment throughout the 6-month co-op duration
- Active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program
- Experience with application of PBPK software SimCYP
- Basic knowledge of DMPK processes in drug discovery and development
- Basic understanding of the in vitro/in vivo experiments used to describe general ADME principles
- Scientific writing and presentation ability with excellent verbal communication skills
