Senior Site Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Senior Site Procurement Manager to drive efficiency and shape procurement aims across the organization. The role involves managing site procurement for our Ware Site, partnering with operations, engineering, technical, quality and finance to ensure the Site has the goods and services it needs to operate reliably and safely.

Requirements

• Develop and propose long and short-term plans to improve Procurement processes
• Manage the Procurement function across the Site (Direct and Indirect Spend)
• Develop and manage the Site supply base to meet GSK's requirements
• Negotiate contracts for specific spend categories
• Select, train, supervise, develop and evaluate team members
