Omnichannel Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Engagement

Requirements

• Work closely with Brand Managers in oncology and cross-functional team (Digital, Medical, Sales, Compliance, etc.)
• Direct exchange with Global and European teams
• Develop and execute high-level customer engagement roadmap
• Leverage Omnichannel analytics and performance measurement
• Define lead and lag Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor the external digital landscape in the pharmaceutical industry
• Enable the organization to routinely use AI/Maschine Learning Insights
