Medical Lead (Oncology)

Acts as a Medical Lead (Oncology) who drives a clear vision, strategy and expectations for the introduction of GSK's Oncology portfolio in Vietnam. This role is internally referred to as 'Medical Affairs Manager Lead'.

Requirements

• Lead the development, implementation & monitoring of Oncology Medical Affairs plans
• Drive excellence in external expert engagement via deep understanding of the therapy area to lead impactful engagements, including congresses, stand-alone meetings, medical education, advisory boards, scientific communications and publications
• Interact with a variety of global, regional and local departments such as marketing, commercial, legal, finance, compliance and regulatory
• Ensure compliance in all non-promotional activities with local laws, regulations, GSK standards and Scientific Engagement
• Lead and drive the performance of your team, setting the business objectives and priorities that ensure delivery of the Medical Affairs plans & metrics
