Market Development Director Trade & Distribution

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Market Development Director Trade & Distribution to join their Trade & Distribution Team. The role will provide performance monitoring and analysis, cross-functional collaboration, customer and market insights, and strategic execution and opportunity alignment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of pharma experience, with experience in analytics, sales, marketing, or operations-related commercial pharma roles.

• BA or BS Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of pharma experience
• Experience using data analytics to develop marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated capabilities to manage complex matrix organizations
