Directeur Régional ViiV - Moitié IdF/Picardie/Champagne (H/F)

ViiV Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Director to lead a high-performing team and contribute actively to our public health mission. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a regional action plan, managing a portfolio of products, and monitoring performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Commerce
• Strong English language skills (oral and written)
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in team management
• Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a matrix/ transversal environment
• Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
• Excellent proposal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in medical sales is highly desirable
