Tress International seeks an Administration Manager to ensure financial health through effective cash flow management, financial projections, and key relationships with banking institutions.
Requirements
- Plan and control cash flows
- Supervise bank reconciliation and correct execution of payments
- Manage the relationship with banking institutions
- Prepare cash flow projections and currency hedging strategies
- Evaluate financing needs and develop strategic analyses
- Manage key financial indicators related to financing
- Propose improvements to internal controls, including automation of processes
- Generate financial reports for decision-making
- Supervise the administration and collection area
- Reside in Tijuana, B.C.
- Advanced English
- Completed university education in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields
- Desirable: Master's in Finance / MBA / Digital Transformation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative / financial areas
- Experience leading operational teams with a focus on collections, treasury, and process management
- Management of CRMs and ERPs / Excel / PBI
