Opex Specialist at Grünenthal, driving continuous improvement activities and working with production teams to deliver targeted OPEX training. Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal's future.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or pharmacy)
- Minimum 3 years experienced continuous improvement leadership or process engineering roles, implementing Lean and Six Sigma or other OPEX transformations in structured manufacturing companies
- Fluent both in Italian and English
- Strong process engineering and data analysis skills
- Empathy and excellent communication skills, presentation and influencing skills, change management ability and strategic thinking
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools
