We are looking for an Associate Application Engineer to join our Industry Customer Sales Support Center team. As an Associate Front Line Engineer, you will provide commercial and technical advice on customer enquiries, create and manage CRM tickets, and support sales teams in increasing sales from customer interactions.
Requirements
- Degree in an Engineering field (Mechanical preferred but not required)
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or 3-5 years of technical customer service experience
- Experience working in the technical, pump or similar industry
- Fundamental pump product and application knowledge
- Relevant customer service and administrative experience
- Organizational skills & accountability with the Customer
- Knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs
- Knowledge of customer service software and databases (SAP CRM/SD/MM preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English
