Plant Engineer

We are looking for a talented Plant Engineer to minimize loss time in the plant by maintaining equipment and preparing for emergency repairs. The Plant Engineer will develop and implement a preventative maintenance program, monitor maintenance department performance, and enforce safe work practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering/maintenance management capacity in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years' experience in a food processing/manufacturing plant
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and have good electrical skills
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and AIB standards
• Strong leadership, computer, and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish
