Requirements
- Professional and disciplinary management and further development of the servicedesk team in the IT support and end device provision area
- Ensuring IT operation in 1st- and 2nd-Level Support, including ticket management using ITSM tools
- Service and deployment planning, as well as responsibility for the daily business in operational support
- Administration and quality assurance of end devices (lifecycle, security, printer management, CMDB)
- Coordination with other IT teams and external service providers as well as escalation management in the event of disruptions
- Further development of IT service processes according to ITIL, including KPI monitoring, SLA tracking, and reporting
- Employee development, recruiting, and structured onboarding of new team members
- Participation in international IT projects (e.g. rollouts, migrations)
