Requirements

• Preparation of shipping documents
• Import and export processing in compliance with legal requirements
• Monitoring of timely and proper dispatch processing and initiation of measures if necessary
• Freight cost enquiries for project and spot transactions
• Processing of letter of credit transactions
• Support of the origin of goods and customs software
• Administrative office tasks
