Influencer Operations Assistant

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in influencer operations, creator management, or campaign logistics
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort handling complex, multi-step processes
• Strong organization and time management, especially when juggling high volumes of creator orders
• Excellent written and verbal communication for seamless coordination with internal teams
• Experience with international shipping or e-commerce platforms is a big plus
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting
• A self-starter who thinks critically and makes smart decisions—not just someone who checks boxes
• Bonus: Familiarity with platforms like AspireIQ, GRIN, CreatorIQ, etc.
• Must be able to work U.S. hours
