Requirements

• 2+ years in administrative support, customer success, operations, or executive assistant roles.
• Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal — with a professional, warm tone.
• High responsiveness and ability to manage multiple inbound requests across different channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to keep providers’ schedules and tasks on track.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (EHRs, CRMs, internal ticketing systems).
