GrowthAssistant is hiring a Digital Advertising Specialist to help scale digital campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This is a remote, full-time role for experienced Filipino digital marketers who excel at managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and other platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and optimization strategies
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working with U.S. clients
• Highly organized, analytical, and proactive with campaign management
