We’re looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our partner brands. You will oversee day-to-day client communication, ensure campaigns and deliverables are met, and help guide overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and confidence in client-facing communication.
- 2+ years of account management experience (preferably agency-side).
- 2+ years managing e-commerce clients.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Working knowledge of marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM, etc.).
- Excellent spoken and written English for frequent client calls.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset; comfortable leading Media Buyers, Creatives, and Specialists.
- Experience with analytics and platform dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Personal Facebook account at least 2 years old and in good standing.
