Senior SMM Manager

Growe is a leading business advisory and services group in iGaming and Entertainment. We are seeking a Senior SMM Manager to manage multiple social media channels, create and execute content plans, and participate in shaping and implementing SMM strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in SMM, content or social media roles (B2B / iGaming / high-risk / affiliate)
• Strong knowledge of Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Experience in content creation(posts, stories, short videos)
• Hands-on skills in video editing, shooting, and basic design
• Excellent Ukrainian and English (B2+) writing skills
• Flexibility to manage social channels when needed outside standard hours
• Understanding of the iGaming or affiliate ecosystem, or a readiness to learn quickly
