Job Description
Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join its growing Design team and help shape the future of mental health technology. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution
- Senior-level experience with proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives
- Experience working on consumer-facing products with significant user impact
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions
