Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer in our Lives Covered Organization (Billing/Claims Engine) at Grow Therapy, you'll play a key role in evolving one of our foundational billing systems critical to the success of our business model. You'll design and evolve scalable, reliable backend systems, write high-quality code, and drive architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience
- Systems thinker with expertise in backend languages (Python preferred), data modeling, and service architecture in distributed environments
- Execution-oriented with ability to scope, build, and ship impactful solutions
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to turn loosely defined problems into clear technical direction
