Job Description
We're looking for a Design Engineer to build design systems, motion and interaction patterns that power consumer-grade product experiences at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend or UX engineering experience, ideally in consumer or product-focused companies
- Strong ability to build scalable component libraries, design systems, or reusable UI frameworks
- Excellent sense of visual and interaction design, with an eye for spacing, typography, motion, polish, and details
- Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Next, React, CSS systems, and component architecture
- Experience collaborating closely with designers throughout the entire product development process
- Ability to prototype quickly and translate ambiguous ideas into tangible interfaces
- Deep understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and web performance considerations
- A systems mindset seeing patterns, simplifying complexity, and designing for long-term reuse
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence product direction and UI standards
- A passion for building delightful, consumer-grade user experiences
