Job Description
Groups is a mission-driven environment where compassion, integrity, and human connection drive real transformation. We're looking for a Substance Use Counselor to lead dynamic group therapy sessions and be a vital part of our member-centered care teams.
Requirements
- Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations (LADC, CADC, LCAC, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
- Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules
