Job Description
The Staff Provider role involves facilitating rapid-access intakes and enhanced medical support for members participating in Groups Recovery Systems. This position requires proficiency in telemedicine, a "member-first" approach, and collaboration with a team of experienced providers, counselors, and support staff. The role involves intake duties, medication prescription, medical record maintenance, and ensuring appropriate patient care.
Requirements
- Physician (MD/DO) with active state license in Tennessee.
- DEA with practice address in Tennessee.
- Minimum 1+ Year Prescribing Buprenorphine.
- Current TennCare enrollment.
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine with Addiction Cert, Preventative Medicine, or Psych/Neuro (with Addiction Cert if DO).
- Hospital Admitting Privileges.
- Willingness to become licensed in multiple states (with support from Groups) is required.
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services.
- Ability to demonstrate recovery-sensitive behaviors.
