Requirements

• Hold a first-cycle university degree in engineering, urban planning, or architecture or equivalent experience
• Have a minimum of six (6) years of commercial real estate management experience with similar responsibilities
• Hold one of the following certifications: CFM, FMP, or RPA
• Have worked on budgets: execution and capital project budgets
• Have a good knowledge of tenders
• Be able to read and understand financial statements and have some accounting knowledge
