Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in technical site follow-up and maintenance operations, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.

Requirements

• Centralize, analyze, and process technical intervention requests from sites.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and curative maintenance with service providers.
• Follow contracts and maintenance services, control the quality of interventions, and respect deadlines.
• Manage administrative follow-up: quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, budgets.
• Ensure the follow-up and feeding of the CMMS (tickets, history, indicators).
• Ensure regulatory compliance of installations (ERP, fire safety, accessibility, etc.).
• Propose technical improvements to optimize site operation and reduce costs.
