Requirements

• Rigorous, organized, and enjoy overseeing projects from A to Z
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience in manufacturing operations management
• Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing
• Knowledge of Lean practices and continuous improvement principles
