Job Description
The M&A Manager supports the execution of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, market research, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and M&A processes.
