Associate Software Engineer (Reporting team)- Data Engineer

GroundTruth is a media advertising platform that uses real-world behavior data to deliver targeted advertising campaigns. They are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join their engineering team and build scalable systems using modern technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with engineers, and participating in DevOps processes.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in backend development.
• Understanding of FastAPI (or Flask/Django with willingness to learn FastAPI).
• Good knowledge of REST API design principles & best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and RDS.
• Understanding of version control systems, especially GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of DB connection pooling and management in web applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
