Job Description
The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) is seeking a Senior Director of Development to strengthen and grow its national fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate is an accomplished fundraiser, experienced manager, and political campaigner with a commitment to electing Democratic Attorneys General.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in political fundraising
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing a robust fundraising portfolio
- Strong command of fundraising best practices
- Experience building strong relationships with donors and prospects
- Significant people management experience
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proven ability to achieve results under pressure
- Persuasive communication skills
- Commitment to educating the public on the work of Democratic Attorneys General and DAGA
