Grocery Outlet is a leading extreme value retailer with 550+ stores across the nation. The company is seeking a Summer Intern - Supply Chain Strategy & Engineering to work on a real-world project, gain work experience, and learn about the business model. The internship is a 10-week paid opportunity that will run from June 16th to August 20th.

Requirements

• Assist in completing the configuration of anyLogistix network optimization and supply chain simulation tools
• Support the definition, collection, and structuring of demand, transportation, and financial datasets
• Help design and document data models that capture material flow across the current Grocery Outlet supply chain network
• Work with cross-functional teams to test and evaluate new network design scenarios
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Present key findings, insights, and final deliverables to leadership
• Independent project management
