As a Retail Merchandiser, you will assist in the setup of new stores, merchandise existing stores, and support Independent Operators. You will demonstrate merchandising best practices, guide store teams, and perform administrative tasks. The role requires flexibility, travel, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Demonstrating merchandising best practices to store employees
- Guiding Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards
- Constructing & deconstructing of store fixtures including shelving and racking
- Unpacking pallets with various types of food & products
- Merchandising and organizing product on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Working efficiently and effectively on tight timelines
- Administrative tasks including but not limited to managing expenses, booking flights, submitting time sheets, checking email, etc.
- Clear and consistent communication
- Ability to stand or walk up to 100% of your shift
- Organized and can meet deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overnight shifts
- Ability to work overtime when needed
