Job Description
Join gridX and redefine how people interact with green energy. As a Senior B2C Product Manager, you will lead two product teams responsible for the core of our HEMS, translating technical sophistication into a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager
- B2C native with expertise in customer journey mapping
- Product Pro with experience in managing complex products and teams
- Alignment architect with ability to spar with sales and customer support counterparts
- Master of Complexity with experience in managing products with heavy technical logic or algorithmic cores
- HEMS and Grid Expertise with strong understanding of energy algorithms and grid compliance
