Business Development Representative (LATAM / Remote)

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new operators, building relationships, and helping clients integrate GRID's esports solutions into their sportsbooks. This role focuses on the LATAM market and requires fluency in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.

Requirements

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new operator partnerships
• Research, qualify, and engage potential clients
• Conduct tailored product demos and presentations
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate internally
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline proactively
• Represent GRID at key industry events and travel as needed
• Meet and exceed sales targets set in collaboration with management
