Trainee Brand Marketing - Italy (m/w/d)

GRENION Brands, a fast-growing beauty group, is seeking a Trainee in Brand Marketing to support their marketing efforts in Italy for 12 months. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, coordinating influencer collaborations, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with local and international teams to grow and shape their brands.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification
• First hands-on experience in marketing (e.g. internships or student jobs), ideally in the FMCG or beauty industry
• Creative flair for branding, aesthetics, and consumer-relevant content – especially in social media
• Strong organizational skills, with a structured and proactive working style
• High level of team spirit, motivation, and a hands-on “can-do” attitude
• Fluent Italian (spoken and written) and very good English skills for cross-functional collaboration
