Requirements
- Five (5) CXC/CSEC passes (Grade 3 or above), including English Language.
- Customer service training is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of a foreign language or sign language is an asset.
