Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Trade or Technical School actively pursuing Certification or an Associate's Degree in a maintenance-related discipline such as Blow molding, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial Systems, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work part-time 20 hours per week on-site in Nacogdoches while attending school
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
