Master Shop Technician

Perform expert level repairs on material handling equipment by trouble shooting using diagnostic equipment and manuals. The primary function of this position is to troubleshoot engines, engine fuel systems, transmissions, or other components on material handling equipment.

Requirements

• High school education or GED
• Eight years of experience on Yale, Clark or other similar equipment
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb to perform diagnosis and repairs
• Ability to lift/position various parts up to 95 pounds and use mechanical hoist for heavier parts
• Cognitive reasoning and problem solving skills to apply knowledge, written information, and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and/or training on work assignments
