Job Description

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience managing heavy civil projects (underground utilities, concrete, site infrastructure)
- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera
- Ability to read and manage construction contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
