Job Description
Greenwich Country Day School seeks an Assistant Head of School to start on July 1, 2026. The Assistant Head is a senior academic and community leader responsible for ensuring coherence, alignment, and excellence across the Nursery–Grade 12 program at Greenwich Country Day School.
Requirements
- An advanced degree in education or a related field
- 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in an independent school
- Fluency with data-informed decision making and systems-level thinking
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
