Job Description
The VIP Interiors Mechanic III is responsible for safely performing aircraft removals, installations, and fabrication of aircraft interiors (including galleys, closets, and panels). This role requires minimal supervision, offers opportunities for learning, and involves both manufacturing and quality control. The position works within a regulated and safe environment, adhering to manufacturer's standards.
Requirements
- Oversees and co-signs for uncertified mechanics.
- Facilitates On-the-Job Training.
- Manages project production, quality assurance, and inventories.
- Reads blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Performs troubleshooting and repairs.
- Communicates effectively with other maintenance personnel.
- Accurately clocks jobs.
- Completes job assignments.
- High school education or equivalent.
