• Master's program background in engineering, process design, chemistry, or a related field
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international team
• Basic CAD or process simulation experience (a plus)
• Motivation to take ownership of your project and learn fast
