The role supports Occupational Therapists in delivering personalized care plans and guiding patients through rehabilitation activities.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active New Mexico COTA license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient care setting
• Competency in therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment usage, and clinical documentation
• Compassionate, patient-focused, strong communication and teamwork abilities
