Job Description
Lanco is hiring a Chief Engineer to support the engineering team in developing new or improved products, processes, and techniques for their Material Handling Division. The role involves ensuring project designs comply with the latest codes and standards, focusing on machine performance, reliability, safety, and standardization across product lines.
Requirements
- Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new and existing products
- Evaluate mechanical and structural systems
- Mentor other engineers
- Perform and review engineering calculations
- Collaborate with machine system development groups
- Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations
