Primary Care Physician (General Interest)

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at Greenbrook Medical. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in a primary care setting and be certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or a similar specialty. Our clinic provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to geriatric patients within a managed care, value-based care model. Requirements

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required
• Must be able to obtain a Florida State Medical License or already have a current, active Florida State Medical License
• Board certification or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred. Board Eligibility is required
