Greenbrier Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance of the apartment community, including performing repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in apartment maintenance
• Basic electrical & plumbing diagnostics/repair skills
• Positive attitude & effective communication skills
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
• HVAC certification (CFC Universal) preferred
