Job Description
Accurate and accountable performance of duties to ensure safe and efficient operations in the fermentation and distillation areas of the facility.
Requirements
- Learn all facets of the ethanol process
- Operate DCS (computer control system) for the plant
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Keep accurate and timely logs
- Collect samples and do necessary tests
- Monitor and make adjustments on the DCS computer
- Keep facility and control room clean
- Communicate with maintenance and laboratory
- Participate in safety programs and training sessions
